Responsibilities:
Lead and direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and production, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Manage a skilled team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Champion safety protocols and standards, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence to guidelines.
Oversee the maintenance and utilization of warehouse equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and productivity.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts, and generate reports to provide insights into warehouse performance.
Report directly to the Regional Manager, providing regular updates on operations, challenges, and achievements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in warehouse management or related roles, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a track record of success.
Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for cleanliness, order, and structure.
